An American computer-animated adventure comedy movie produced by Warner Animation Group and based on the Scooby-Doo franchise. This film is directed by Tony Cervone, by Adam Sztykiel, Jack Donaldson, Derek Elliott Directed by Matt Lieberman and narrated by Lieberman, Eyal Podell, and Jonathon E. Stewart. The protagonists of the film are Frank Welker (as the protagonist, the only member of the original actor to re-play the role), Will Forte, Gina Rodriguez, Zac Efron, and Amanda Seyfried as Scooby-Doo, Mark Wahlberg, Jason Isaacs, Kissy Hanna-Barbera's classic animated characters such as Kiersey Clemons, Je Jeong, and Tracy Morgan. This is a relaunch of the Scooby-Doo movie series, designed to be the first in a series of movies in the world of Hanna-Barbera's shared movie.

Plans for the new Scooby-Doo movie began in June 2014, when Warner Bros. announced that it would restart the Scooby-Doo movie series with animated films. Cervone was originally hired to direct the film in August 2015, while Dax Shepard was brought to the film's co-director in September 2016. By October 2018, Shepard was no longer part of the project. Most actors were hired in March 2019. Reel FX Animation Studios provides animation services.

 SCOOB! Movie Plot

After solving hundreds of cases and sharing their adventures, Scooby-Doo and the gangsters face their biggest and most challenging mystery ever-a conspiracy to release Cerberus, the ghost dog, to the world. When they raced to stop this global dog, the gang found that Scooby-Doo had a secret heritage and an unprecedented fate, more than anyone had imagined.

Since childhood, Shaggy Rogers, Fred Jones, Velma Dinkley and Daphne Blake have been solving global mysteries with Shaggy's pets, Scooby-Doo, but when Blue Falcon recruited Shaggy and Scooby, their biggest mystery happened again to stop Dick Dick Dastardly creates a global "end of the world".

On June 17, 2014, Warner Bros. Pictures announced that they will restart the Scooby-Doo movie series and adapt an animated film produced by Randall Green.  On August 17, 2015, Matt Lieberman hired Tony Cervone to direct the script of the animated film, while Charles Roven and Richard Richard Suckle will make the film with Allison Abbate.  Dan Povenmire will be involved as a creative person and will perform filmmaking. 

At 2016 CinemaCon, the film's official name was announced as S.C.O.O.B., involving the Scooby-Doo and Mystery Machine gangs working in larger organizations.  The purpose of this film is to enter the film world based on Hannah Barbera's characteristics.  It is reported that in September 2016, Dax Shepard will direct the film with Cervone, and he will also modify the script.  In October 2018, it was announced that Shepard was no longer part of the project and was written by Kelly Fremon Craig.

In March 2019, Frank Welker was told that he was returning to the role of Scooby-Doo, while Will Forte, Gina Rodriguez Rodriguez) and Tracy Morgan have signed on to Shaggy, Velma and Captain Caveman, respectively. Later that month, Zac Efron and Amanda Seyfried joined the voices of actors Fred and Daphne. 

For a long time, Shaggy and Daphne's long-standing voices came from Matthew Lillard and Gray Griffin, respectively, and they expressed disappointment that they had not been contacted for the decision to make a makeover. Efron's role as Fred also marks the first time Welker will not voice the character (excluding the role of a child or a real person) character of).

In April 2019, Je Jeong and Kiersey Clemons announced that they would join the cast. In May 2019, Mark Wahlberg and Jason Isaacs joined the cast, with Mckenna Grace), Iain Armitage, Ariana Greenblatt and Pierce Gagnon served as the younger versions of Daphne, Shaggy, Vemma and Fred.  In March 2020, Simon Cowell joined the cast to express his voice for his fictional version.

The first official trailer was released on November 11, 2019. The second and final trailer debuted on March 5, 2020.
